I have been a remedial massage therapist for over 10 years, working in multidisciplinary clinics as well as working part time as an osteopathic assistant for many years.

I work with a diverse range of people and especially love treating Headaches, Neck and Shoulder Pain, Hip and Lower Back dysfunction, and Leg Stiffness.

I use Remedial Sports Massage Techniques such as trigger point, deep tissue, tapping and dry needling.

In my spare time, I love lifting weights. I am part of a local strength club and am currently working on learning how to do a chin-up and a handstand. I also love a dance.

I have a special interest in consent practices, embodied boundaries and the art of giving and receiving touch. I hope to start delivering workshops on this in the near future.
